Makes 2 dozen cupcakes
Filling
1 ounce Cream Cheese
1 egg
1/3 Cup sugar
1/8 Teaspoon Salt
1 Cup Chocolate Chips

Cake
1 ½ Cup Flour
1 Cup sugar
¼ Cup Cocoa
1 Teaspoon baking soda
1 Cup water
1/3 Cup vegetable oil
1 Tablespoon vinegar
1 Teaspoon vanilla
1 Cup sugar
¼ Cup Cocoa
1 Teaspoon baking soda
1 Cup water
1/3 Cup vegetable oil
1 Tablespoon vinegar
1 Teaspoon vanilla
1. Preheat
oven to 350 degrees.
2. Fix
all the ingredients of the Filling together.
3. Mix
all the ingredients of the Cake together.
4. Fill
cupcake tins with half the cake mix. Add 1 tablespoon of the filling in
the center.
Bake for 30 to 35 minutes. Let cool and enjoy.
